A predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée, with aromas of blackcurrant and vanilla. Barrel ageing for several wines has melted the tannins without altering the freshness of this Bordeaux. A red wine that can be enjoyed now after a little aeration, but will be at its best in a few months. Serve at 18°C with roasted meat. This wine generally goes well with beef, lamb or game.
